Resolved — The affected volumes were moved to another storage. Georedundancy of those volumes was restored. The affected storage was also repaired. Now we wait untill the software vendor has analyzed the issue.
Monitoring — Unfortunatly the storage vendor didn't found a way to synchronize the storage without a full service interrupt of the affected volumes. We have decided to migrate the affected volumes to another storage, so no service interruption will occur. This process needs approximately 24h to complete. The issue was software related. The vendor is searching for a solution that this issue cannot occur again.
Identified — The performance of the storage is since one hour normal again. Currently we are investigating the issue with the storage vendor. The affected volumes are currently not georedundant. It looks like an error in the storage software.
