Resolved — The interruption was caused by an maintenance window of one of our internet service providers which hasn't been announced. We are in contact with the ISP and asked for the steps taken in order to avoid such interruptions in the future.
Resolved — Due to a failure of a Border Router of one of our Internet Service Providers, some of the exaSys services were offline for about five minutes during the night on today at about 2:40 am during the automatic failover. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are in contact with the ISP and provide more information during the day.
